50–NJ 9/11 Memorial Tour
Join the September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance for the first annual 50–NJ 9/11 Memorial Tour, a six-day cycling journey through Northeast New Jersey, honoring the lives lost on September 11, 2001. Beginning in Elizabeth, NJ, on August 8, this emotional and meaningful ride will take participants through suburban communities, stopping at 50 small-town 9/11 memorials before ultimately ending back in Elizabeth, NJ, on August 14.
Each day, cyclists will travel through towns such as Ridgefield Park, Paramus, East Rutherford, New Providence, and East Brunswick, experiencing incredible monuments and hearing the stories of the local heroes forever remembered by their communities. This emotional and inspiring journey is more than just a ride—it is an opportunity to remember, discover, and connect with the legacy of those lost. All proceeds from the event will support the ongoing development and maintenance of the 9/11 National Memorial Trail.
