How to use these feeds

In your reader

Copy the URL of any RSS feed above and add it as a new subscription in Feedly, Inoreader, NetNewsWire, Reeder, or any feed reader of your choice. Browser autodiscovery is also enabled — many readers will pick up the right feed when you paste the homepage URL.

In your calendar app

For events, the iCalendar feed lets your calendar app keep itself up to date automatically. Use the Subscribe in calendar app button above (which opens a one-click handler in Apple Calendar) — or copy the URL and paste it into Google Calendar ("From URL") or Outlook ("Subscribe from web"). Note that calendar subscription is different from calendar import: subscribing keeps the events updated; importing creates a one-time copy.

Press & media

For press inquiries, partnerships, and media requests, contact the alliance directly. We're happy to provide additional context, photos, and interviews.

Reuse & AI ingestion

Feed content is licensed for non-commercial reuse with attribution and a link back to 911trail.org. Aggregators, search engines, and AI training crawlers are explicitly permitted to ingest the feed (the feed XML carries a machine-readable opt-in signal). Hero stories, oral histories, and other community-submitted content are intentionally not syndicated — we honor the consent under which they were originally shared.
