The courses will be open to participants from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with lunch provided at 1:00 p.m. Complete one lap or set a personal best for 12 hours, either way enjoy a day of great fun with the 9/11 Trail and Courtyard of Honor!
The September 11th National Memorial Trail Alliance is a nonprofit whose mission is to preserve and perpetuate the memories of those impacted on September 11, 2001 by connecting New York City's National September 11 Memorial and Museum, the Flight 93 National Memorial in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, and the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial in Arlington, Virginia, and other places of resilience and freedom through the 1,300-mile multi-use September 11th National Memorial Trail.
Courtyard of Honor has a mission to memorialize citizens of Derry Township who have served in the military during periods of armed conflict, first responders who have guarded our safety and security at home, and to honor September 11, 2001 and First Officer of United Flight 175, Michael Horrocks.
The Alliance and Courtyard of Honor are delighted to come together to host this special fundraising event. All proceeds from the event will be shared to support the ongoing development of the 9/11 National Memorial Trail and to build a memorial for Michael Horrocks in Hershey, PA.
