Trail Access

In New Hope, the 9/11 National Memorial Trail follows the Delaware River corridor through Bucks County. Approaching from the north, the route travels south along the historic towpath within Delaware Canal State Park, utilizing the flat, tree-lined multi-use trail that parallels the Delaware River. Within New Hope, the memorial trail continues along the canal corridor through the borough and nearby Solebury Township, providing direct access to the town’s riverfront district, restaurants, and services. After passing through New Hope, the route continues south along the Delaware Canal towpath toward other Bucks County communities as it proceeds toward the greater Philadelphia region.
